For the moment, the full-stack could be theoretically implemented in one way with a usual DB like MySQL + Sygenics’ Evolution layer + Evonium’s Business Process Logic, and BSI’s DBAS engine for dynamic form production. It would be really interesting and high-impact to have an open-source solution. *update*: but I do not think now that there’s anything else similar to Sygenics’ Evolution technology.
